  • When will I receive my print, and how does billing work?

    You’re billed at checkout, then your subscription renews monthly on your sign-up date. Each payment covers your next eligible month, so you’re always billed before your print is sent. Because your mail is untracked, I can’t promise an exact delivery date. If your print hasn’t arrived by the end of the delivery month, please contact me and I’ll look into it.

  • Can I cancel or pause my subscription?

    Absolutely. You can cancel or pause from your Shopify customer account before your next billing date. Once you’ve been billed, your print will be sent. I’d be sad to see you go for a little while, but I hope you love what you’ve received so far.

  • Why was I charged again before my print arrived?

    Your subscription renews on your sign-up date each month, and all prints are sent in a single batch. That means your next billing date can come before your previous print arrives. This isn’t a duplicate charge, since each payment covers a different month. I apologize for the confusion. If your print hasn’t arrived by the end of the delivery month, please contact me and I’ll look into it.

  • Do you send prints outside of the United States? 

    I don’t offer to the international market just yet, but I’d love to as I keep growing and learning more about global regulations. If you’d like to be the first to know when that changes, sign up for email updates. I can’t wait to send something your way someday!!

  • Do I need to be a photographer to join the club?

    Not at all. Anyone can join!! This club is for everyone who enjoys the outdoors, travel or photography, and for anyone who simply loves receiving prints and art in the mail.

  • What if my print arrives damaged?

    I understand that things can happen outside our control. Please contact me with a photo of the damage and we can work out a solution together.

  • Do you do custom prints or orders?

    Yes, I would love to!! Please reach out with what you have in mind and we can create something beautiful together.
